Glomore Grooming is a studio only, appointment based business. Appointments are required and we do not accept drop offs before 9:00 AM. We groom a limited number of dogs at a time so that every dog gets calm, one on one attention, which means each booked slot is held specifically for your dog.
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave a slot that cannot be filled, and repeated no shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Arriving significantly late may be treated as a cancellation if it no longer leaves enough time to groom your dog safely.
Current vaccination documentation is required before grooming. You agree to disclose any medical, behavioral, or skin conditions before your appointment so we can plan a safe visit.
Grooming carries certain inherent risks, including minor nicks or abrasions, irritation of pre existing skin conditions, and stress or behavioral reactions. Every precaution is taken, and you acknowledge that these things can still happen. Severely matted coats may require humane shaving, which can expose or cause irritation, and you consent to humane removal of matting when it is the safest option for your dog.
In an emergency, you authorize Glo'more Grooming L.L.C. to seek veterinary care if you cannot be reached, and you accept financial responsibility for that care. If a pet displays unsafe behavior, grooming may be stopped for the safety of the pet and the groomer, and you agree to pay for services rendered up to that point. You release and hold harmless Glo'more Grooming L.L.C. from liability arising from grooming services except in cases of gross negligence.
Grooming prices are tiered by your dog's current weight and size, and the prices shown on this site are starting points. Final pricing depends on size, coat condition, matting, and the services performed. Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not offer blanket or automatic discounts to past customers or their friends. Only approved offers, such as Snip and Style Saturday when it is available, are promoted. We never offer discounts, gifts, or donations in exchange for reviews.

We may photograph your dog before and after grooming for our portfolio and social media. Let us know if you would prefer we did not, and we will keep your dog out of those posts.
